1) Ramkrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nivedita Girls’ School Alumnae Association has an Executive Committee to look after the administration. Executive Committee members are elected/selected (Governed by the Election Commission) for a tenure of three years by the general members of the association in such a way that there is a proper representation of various batches of former students. 2) There are two types of membership facilities: Lifetime & Ordinary. For ordinary membership one (1) & for Lifetime membership two (2) stamp size photos are needed. An Identity Card will be issued for each Lifetime membership. 3) The membership fee may be deposited by cash / cheque / NEFT /DD or online transfer. Sister Nivedita Girls’ School Alumnae Association Bank Name : State Bank of India Branch : Baghbazar , Kolkata-700003 Account No :10241259148 IFSC : SBIN0001652 4) The Committee reserves the right to amend both types of membership fee time to time. 5) Membership Fee payment: a) Lifetime membership fee: Onetime b) Ordinary membership fee: April to March of every financial year . 6) The Alumnae Association generally organizes four programmes every year. a) Boishakhi Sabha (April /May) b) Adhyatmik Shibir – a spiritual session ( July /August ) open to all ( Ex-students & others) c) Bijoya Sammelan (after Durga Puja ) d) Re-Union ( Dec /Jan ) All members are requested to attend & participate in the above mentioned programmes . 7) Every year the Association publishes a souvenir named Proity on the re-union day. Title : Rules & Regulations of the Associations

To fulfill the aims and objectives of the Association the Association shall have powers, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the West Bengal Societies Registration Act,1961 &the rules framed thereunder and also the Regulations of the Associations:
A) To realize from its own members Life Membership fees or Annual subscriptions as the case may be and also to accept donations,grants or gifts,if any,from its members and non-members alike
B) To build up General Fund in the name and for the purposes of the Association in such a manner, utilizing such sources,as may from time to time,be deemed fit and effective
C) i)To take a tenancy, lease,or license or as gift or as donation,any land and/or building ,for any period as is deemed necessary to carry out its activities effectively
ii)To acquire, by purchase or by construction, any immovable property, with fund especially raised for this purpose,
iii)To acquire ,hold,accept as gift,purchase any gift,purchase any other asset which is required and can be utilized by the Association for its purpose.
D)To receive advertisements for its journals and/or souvenirs and to realize money on that account
E)To accept the management of any trust,fundor endowment in which the Association may be interested and /or which is beneficial to the interest of the students of Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Sister Nivedita Girls’ School, e.g. where the object of such trust, funds or endowments happen to be introduction of Scholarship to students of the school on stipulated terms,grant of award/medal to students,past and/or present, of the School for specific achievements,out of income derived there from,these schemes may be considered for acceptance provided the Associstion shall not have to incur high expenses in this regard.
